Cape Codder Resort & Spa

East Coast Commercial Construction built a unique 10,000 s/f indoor wave pool facility for the Cape Codder Resort & Spa. The octagon-shaped building includes a 3,000 s/f fitness center and health spa. The building’s roof was formed by the installation of 100' long by 12' high prefabricated wood trusses. East Coast Commercial Construction also renovated existing space into a 6,000 s/f 226-person restaurant and bar. In addition, a 6,000 s/f hotel/restaurant kitchen was gutted and refitted to meet the owner’s needs.

A major new facade was built to the front of the building to identify the new restaurant.
