East Coast Commercial Construction, the architect, and the owner teamed up to negotiate and quickly expedite this timely project. Performed in three phases, the project included a new 2,000 s/f Saab showroom, a new 3,000 s/f Volvo delivery showroom, and major renovations to an existing 9,000 s/f Volvo showroom. All work was completed, including the "frankie" piles, while the dealership remained open for business. This required special attention and detail to site maintenance to ensure the health and safety of employees, customers, and visitors during construction activities.
